The Reason I Smile

Influenced by Indie, Jazz, Rock, Folk, and Alternative music, Bailey strives to connect with people and the world through music that is honest and relatable. As a proud member of the Queer community, she finds it important to explore fluidity and honour the things that make us all unique.
In 2021, Bailey released her debut EP, “The Reason I Smile” , alongside Sam Cook Stuntz at Homespun Audio in Seattle.
With her new release ‘Oh, Mother,’ she is a Finalist in the Coffee Music Project Planet Earth Song Competition 2024. A love letter to Mother Nature, the song was born out of watching the Gulf of Mexico burn in 2021.
In the last year, Bailey has been performing across London with original music as well as popular covers. She has experience playing events, festivals, gig line-ups, and open mics.
